Herge has always been very forgiving of the American lack of knowledge of the UK coloquialisms. (I Hope that I spelled that correctly. Can't be bothered to look it up...)

I'm not sure what nadgers are myself. Badgers with typos? Probably bollocks, most things are bollocks.
I love this idea Herge, it's so wonderful! These icons of the silver screen, absolute idols of their age, dressed in all their finery, looking beautiful and being brought down to a level so very base by a few silly words. Could anybody ever imagine Larry (olivier, of course) ever uttering "TITWANK!"?
