I think my mind is protecting me from what that might be.
What I'm wondering is whether these have been planned out from the starts - as if a storyboard has been put together for them. Or whether they're more organic and whether they've just been allowed to evolve, similar to the Stabbing Bachelor's escalating madness and violence.
