Do they have turkeys in Asia? I thought that it was native to North America.

We'll all have it soon.
I'm booking a month of work with it from early feb.
I was going to buy a pet turkey, but I din't want it to catch something from my neighbours.
I'm seriously worried about this avian flu business - what if, one day, month, year or decade from now, it affects the turkey stock and we have to have pork of beef for Christmas dinner? I'll die, I tell you!
Buy a frozen turkey from ASDA. It's probably been in cold storage since 1999. Should be safe enough.
Turkey from Asda will be something that's been recovered from the "not for resale, not for human consumption" waste skip at the local Sainsbury's: repackaged and frozen.
I'll be so smug, with my nut roast and my poncy filo pastry vegetably-thingy. Har har har....
somehow tofu shaped turkey doesnt say Christmas to me, know what I mean?
Try undercooking it. You could get salmonella at the same time and kill two stone dead with one bird.
