Wow - insight into the mind of the artist.
I'm so glad you use photoshop - we'd never know what the daleks were saying otherwise.

Well, it has a certain raw energy and emotion that you can't get from the finished product.

But the finished product has something else: legible text and pictures. Still, you do do a very good Dalek.

You need to save this sketches; they may be worth something when you're dead.

yeah, there is something really compelling about those rough sketches....they give us a disturbing *errrr...ahem* fascinating glimpse into the depths of insanity *oh, sorry, rather what i meant to say* genius of our favorite blogger.

I LIKE YOUR WRITING! MORE WRITING!

Nobody has the right to dictate the content of somebody else's blog.

Herge can do what he likes as far as I'm concerned.

Everyone has to start at somewhere, and it is nice to see that you are no exception. I take notes that no one else could possibly decipher when I am writing. Its the organization of a scattered brain I always say! I'm glad to see you are not gone-gone.

It gives me hope that my drawing isn't quite as bad as i thought & that I don't have to be Rembrandt to be creative. Thanks Herge!!!

Hrm... how about combining the short story you did with a comic short (comic != comical, I'm talking Maus here).

I think he's working on the musical version. We've had Mamma Mia and, errm the others, Herge's will be called "Hit me baby one more time: the story of a man and his site traffic"

Now I feel like such a slacker. I just sit in front of the 'puter and whatever my mind vomits into the keyboard is what ends up online. Not that this should shock anyone who reads it.

Who knows, these prelim sketchs may have the value of old master drafts in centuries to come.
Unfortunately you will be dead and not have earned a penny in your lifetime.
Have you made a will yet?

Would you adopt me? Oh, and just sign here on the dotted line. You don't have to read what it says, DAD.
